I purchased this campground membership less than 6 months ago from a prior member. In the contract that the new owners signed, it states that there will be no maintenance fee. I just got a bill from the campground for $150.00 for maintenance fees. I would like to have anyone else that has this kind of contract to contact me for a class action suit. The letter threatens to pull our membership in coast to coast if we do not pay it. This is totally against the contract. Please contact me terria@baynor.com to rally against this kind of treatment.

Nice campground, lots of ticks! Holiday weekends they will only rent for the 3 nights, not 2. They will not accept cash, they want check or debit/credit card.

Water pressure is really poor. Bath/shower facilities very old, needs work. People are very nice and helpful. Good christian atmosphere! Lots of activities.
